We answer every message from a real person.

What to tell us

You do not need to prepare anything, but these three things get an answer back faster:

• The email address you sign in with, so we can find your account.
• What you were doing when it went wrong — the screen you were on is usually enough.
• A screenshot, if you have one.

Billing and your subscription

Your plan, your invoices and your payment method are in the app under Settings → Plan & Billing. Choose Manage billing there to update your card, read your invoices, change plan or cancel — it is your own account, so you do not need us to do it for you. If something on an invoice looks wrong, email us and we will look at it with you.

Your data

You can export everything you have put into Amend from Settings → Security & Privacy, and delete your company account from the same place. What we hold, why we hold it, and how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy. Our security practices are described on the Security page.
