Mend AI credits pay for the AI work in Amend: Mend, AI drafts, document reading and smart search. A task uses credits according to how much AI work it takes, so a short question uses few and reading a long contract uses more. Credits are shared by your whole company and reset on the 1st of each month; unused plan credits do not carry over. If you run out, the AI features pause until the 1st and the rest of Amend keeps working. You can upgrade or buy more credits, and bought credits carry over.
