What is Amend Solutions?
Amend Solutions builds AI-native operating systems for small and mid-size businesses — we're in the business of building solutions to problems. Our first product is a complete operating system and CRM for contractors and service businesses: customers, AI takeoffs, estimates, invoicing, e-signatures, permits and scheduling, all with Mend, a built-in AI assistant that does the busywork. We're extending the same platform to other industries with purpose-built apps and CRMs.

What is Mend?
Mend is Amend's AI assistant. It knows your customers, jobs and numbers and can act across the whole app — build a takeoff, draft the estimate, send the invoice, chase the unpaid one. Anything that spends money or messages a customer waits for your one-tap approval.
How do AI takeoffs work?
Upload your plan PDFs and Amend Takeoff returns a vendor-ready bill of materials, then turns it into a quote with one click. It shows exactly where every count came from, so you check its work instead of taking its word.

Pro is $149/mo (10 seats, full agentic Mend, 1,000 actions/mo, 10 takeoffs/mo, 1 TB Drive) — most popular. Business is $349/mo (25 seats, 3,000 actions/mo, 50 takeoffs/mo, 5 TB Drive). Enterprise is custom-priced with unlimited seats — larger or multi-location companies can contact us. Starter and Pro both start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — both Starter and Pro start with a 14-day free trial of the complete platform, with full features and no credit card required. When you pick a plan, everything you entered comes with you.
Do I own my data, and is it secure?
Your data is yours. Every company's data is isolated and encrypted, and you can export or delete it at any time — we never sell it. See our Security page for the details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you need to, and export everything.
What's coming next?
Email outreach (Amend Mail) and a shared support inbox (Amend Desk) are in development. They're not part of the platform yet, so they aren't in today's plans.
