These terms cover texts between you and Amend Solutions LLC ("Amend") on our support number, (213) 306-5576. They apply only to this support line. They are separate from our Terms of Service, and you agree to them by texting us.
Amend Support by text. You text us a question about Amend or your account, and we text you back about that request. We only reply to people who text us first. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
You agree to get replies when you send a text to (213) 306-5576. The same consent wording appears where the number is published, on our Support page.
Message frequency varies. It depends on how many messages you send us, and we reply only about your request.
Message and data rates may apply. Amend does not charge for texts. Your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio delivers these texts for us and uses your number only to do that. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, Section 2.8.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
